If you have agreed with our technical department to send us the heater for service or replacement, please provide us with the following information. We will then issu a shipping label that you can print and attach to the box.

Do not send us heaters randomly unless we first have issued a RMA-return number.

• Full adress, incl. postal code and country.
• Cell phone number, incl. contry code.
