Exchange
For the Lavaner heaters we have a unique 1 year exchange-program. If your heaters stop working during this period we swap it out instantly when you sumbit a request to us.
Spare Parts
We can send you spare parts for all heaters we sell, regardless of your heaters warranty status. Contact our tecnical department and they will help you diagnose your problem and suggest the right spare parts.
